Post Final edit done
Well, hoping it is the final edit. There may be a few tweaks yet. This chapter focus on performance and quality issues you may encounter when working with materials.

hi.
the content will be with arch&design and promaterials right?
i hope you considerer physical features in the chapter,,, something like transmitance, reflectance and so on...
I dont find transmitance option in arch&design and promat.
Maybe you can upload some pages in pdf format...
good luck..

You can enable reflectance in Preferences dialog box's Radiosity tab, of course. I do talk about reflectance, and will have some other resources on the web as time goes on.

Chapter 2 had to be reworked and trimmed again because I ran out of pages, basically, and needed room for other content in the book. I'll be adding the parts removed as a PDF once the book is out, and I'm thinking about producing a Workbook to go along with the book to add back in the examples I did not have room for.

I did expand the coverage of A&D materials and details there with the last rework so I think the chapter is much better in that respect. It is surprising how fast things fill up. :)
